    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • A Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License (HAZMAT is a plus!)
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years. - If you have less than 12 months of experience, no problem. We offer training for our new graduates.
  • No more than 3 moving violations while operating a CMV in the last 3 years.
  • No serious traffic violations while operating a CMV in the last year
  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last year

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How much will I get paid?
A: All drivers are paid a daily rate or hourly. All drivers are paid weekly and eligible for annual raises in July following one year of employment.
Q: What benefits do you offer?
A: We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance. Other benefits include 401k + profit sharing, life insurance, and PTO.
Q: What types of products will I haul?
A: Our largest divisions haul automotive parts and equipment. None of our divisions require Haz-Mat certification.
Q: How often will I be home?
A: Most drivers are home daily with the exception of our Flatbed and Utility drivers, who are only home on weekends.
Q: What type of equipment do you have?
A: The average truck is anywhere between 2-5 years old. Our maintenance and dispatch teams are available 24/7 so our drivers have peace of mind while driving in comfort.
Q: Is there a sign-on bonus?
A: Yes, there is a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out in the 1st year of employment
