At DLI we start this work with our new hires through a two-day orientation that outlines our protocol, road test, and video training. But we don't stop with highlighting this as part of our employee on-boarding process. These standards and conversations are integrated into our weekly meetings, planning sessions and even in casual conversation. We continue our drive for excellence in safety by continuing to offer hands-on training programs to our drivers, providing opportunities for mentorship. As a company, we are responsible for maintaining the highest standards, promoting operational safety and the prevention of accidents and injuries.
